- who can see and manipulate the mached ticket.
- Where the ticket can go we receive it.
- Where the ticket can go after approve it and in which format.
- Who is the admin of the matched ticket.
The ticket is considered matched if it's applied all conditions of the rule.
Condition Types:

- After a certain time.
- Less than specific amount.
- Larger than sepcific amout.
- Specific country.
- Specific cities.
- Specific operating units.
- Specific commission types.
- Specific currencies.
- Specific source chats.
- Specific ticket type.
- Specific ticketable type.
