Ticket Routing System

The core of ticketing system. Define rules to manage things like:

  • who can see and manipulate the mached ticket.
  • Where the ticket can go we receive it.
  • Where the ticket can go after approve it and in which format.
  • Who is the admin of the matched ticket.

The ticket is considered matched if it's applied all conditions of the rule.

Condition Types:

  • Before a certain time.
  • After a certain time.
  • Less than specific amount.
  • Larger than sepcific amout.
  • Specific country.
  • Specific cities.
  • Specific operating units.
  • Specific commission types.
  • Specific currencies.
  • Specific source chats.
  • Specific ticket type.
  • Specific ticketable type.
